RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Harper products. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window You may request a return within [30] days of delivery.

Eligibility — please read (skincare & hygiene) For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused, and with their original seal intact. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard practice for skincare and cosmetic products.

How to start a return Email us at harperskincareparis@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you the return instructions and the return address.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [7] days of delivery with a photo — we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items Opened or used products, and any items marked as final sale, cannot be returned.
